I have ordered a hp elitebook on the 29th august, it is now the 4th October and it still has not arrived. I needed the machine for a college course i was about to start. I have called them, emailed them and even used snap chat and they do not respond. When i first called, a message said they were having problems with their phone systems and hoped to resolve it soon. When i next called, you get a menu of options to choose from but when you any option you get a message to say that 'their is no agent available in the que at this time' and the call is dropped. I have now contacted my credit card company who are proceeding with a fraud case. In future i will avoid this company like the plague. If it were possible i would give them a negative score, they have incurred interest payments and i have had to purchase another laptop for my course. What a total shamble. It would be nice to hear from them just to see what sort of bull they come out with for not complete the order.
