“I have ordered a hp elitebook on the 29th august, it is now the 4th October and it still has not arrived. I needed the machine for a college course i was about to start. I have called them, emailed them and even used snap chat and they do not respond.
When i first called, a message said they were having problems with their phone systems and hoped to resolve it soon.
When i next called, you get a menu of options to choose from but when you any option you get a message to say that 'their is no agent available in the que at this time' and the call is dropped.
I have now contacted my credit card company who are proceeding with a fraud case.
In future i will avoid this company like the plague. If it were possible i would give them a negative score, they have incurred interest payments and i have had to purchase another laptop for my course. What a total shamble.
It would be nice to hear from them just to see what sort of bull they come out with for not complete the order.”
“I purchased a Lenovo tower costing me £86 and some odd pence and have not received any correspondence from Valkyrie Refurbs except to say they received my order and they took my money. 10 days later I Emailed to see where my tower was and I still have not heard back from them. I am getting very upset now and would like some sort of reply from the company. If I do not receive a reply soon I will be contacting the ombudsman and the bank seeking recompence. Their website is still showing they are still processing my order and if this is the case it would be nice if contact was made to let me know what the hold-up is”
