Lost 65lbs so far since my purchase of the Ironmaster and packed on at least 15lbs of muscle. I work out in a space 7' by 5' so compactness and ease of assembly are paramount. I have a fully functional free weights gym in a tiny wooden shed. Sent quickly and in good condition. I recommend both the product and the provider. 5*
