They turned up to install a new boiler and in turn ruined the house. The engineer put his foot through the ceiling and patched this up with unmixed plaster and offered me "a few quid for a tin of paint". They left cigarettes everywhere, black marks all over the house and doors, left carpets unlaid after they took them up and other various damage. We have been trying to get this resolved for over 2 weeks now but the staff in the office are next to useless. STAY AWAY.
