The installation was fine an independent engineers did it and all was good. Problem has been with there ongoing service, you just simply can't get hold of them. We have an issue wit the remote thermostat coming on at all different times even when reprogrammed it comes on at 2am then not at all. Yo can't get hold of anyone on the service line sales answer (surprise surprise!!) but when they say service will call you, you hear nothing. Chased up and got the same scenario, I am looking at getting out of the contract as I believe they must be breaching certainly the service element.
