The thermostat is not user friendly .Do not like it at all ,we have already complained about this before , nothing was done.Obviously too complicated for your engineers .What chance would we have .We have had to chase you for every free service , the last one is now due but I do not expect to hear from you .Therefore I feel I am not able to congratulate you on your after sales service which does not exist
