I've used the site twice now and both times, service was impeccable. First time was to get a well thought out replacement for my sleeping bag which came next day. Following on from this then received a £100 gift card which again I used immediately for an upcoming camp. Excellent service, hard to find items you can't normally get in the UK. Have recommended to all my camping friends.
