I would like to start by saying that Jim the director is a legend.i had to return a product to valley and peak due to several issues as protocol it was sent to manufacturer for a professional inspection.after a few weeks I received a email telling me they where sending my product back to me telling me there where no issues with product and as far as they where concerned the issue had been delt with and that was it,at this point all I had was a large expensive door stop.i was really upset with situation so decided to send customer service an email explaining my predicament ,I received a reply within 20 mins or so from Jim the director who said that he doesn't mess his customers around and offered me a solution which I happily accepted.i actually ended up with a product that fits my needs much better than my original product and am really happy with it.thank you Jim.
