I bought a katadine water filter recently from valley and peaks and had the misfortune to suffer yet another of the post office delivering to the wrong address and as this isn't the first time I've had this problem with them I wasn't going to go around every neighbours house trying to see who most closely matched the photo of the miss delivered item. I contacted valley and peaks and they sent me a new replacement product that same day via dpd which arrived the following day for which I was very grateful. I just hope they managed to get refunded from post office
