Unfortunately I had to return an item through no fault if Valley and Peak. Jim in customer support was superb and stayed in touch until the issue was resolved and a full refund issued. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Valley and Peak for anybody looking for a quality supplier of outdoor equipment.
