I've been greatly impressed by the customer service support and reaction when I've contacted them. Specifically, the no-nonsense - no quibble attitude when I raised a concern about a slightly bent pole on my new tent. The response was immediate and, quite frankly, surprising - they sent me a new set of poles! Don't get that sort of reaction very often nowadays eh!
