I bought the Thule 40 Lt back pack in green and was not happy with the colour I had chosen and asked if I could change my purchase to the same backpack but in obsidian.
Within 6 days I had returned and received my new back pack. Great service for a first time customer and I am sure to be returning for all my camping needs, good service is hard to find these days.
