Super impressed. An order arrived looking a bit resealed and used; I reported this to customer service, expecting to wait a few days for a boilerplate return form.
Jim emailed me within the hour, sent a replacement overnight, and was impeccably polite and apologetic about the whole thing. The issue is clearly with the manufacturer, and V+P didn't have to take responsibility, but they did, and in a remarkably prompt and reassuring manner. Highly recommended.
