Ordered a Nortent Vern 2, back ordered as they were waiting on a resupply. Of course I was impatient and to my shame ‘bust their chops’ asking when, when,when. Jim especially was always grace personified and gave me constant updates. Once the tent came in it was with me so quickly. Super company. Second purchase from them. My go to for camping gear now. Highly recommended.
