Valley and Peak customer service is excellent, very easy and simple process in regards to communication between customer and the company.The price for the item I purchased
(an Outdoor Research Sun Hoodie)was more then half the price Amazon was asking, so was a bargain. Delivery was exceptionally quick and all the information on returns and refunds is easily accessible on their website. I would definitely order again from Valley and Peak.
