I'm really pleased with the response and service. My parcel arrived broken, probably as there had been three insuccessful delivery attempts! When I phoned up value lights they dealt with my problem quickly and I had the item exchanged the next day using dpd- a much better delivery service in my opinion. Really pleased by the ease of the exchange barest customer service. Thank you
