Product great, delivery quick, but IT skills poor. After ordering the site promises an email confirming the order…. This never arrived. I had a reminder email 2 days later saying I still had items in the basket???! After confirming the payment with PayPal and relaying to ValueLights, it was confirmed the order was placed.
