Email sent yesterday - as yet no response! Shoddy product sent in very poor packaging - returned. Good afternoon. I already have a refund reference: CR007890 When I called Customer Service I was informed that I would have to pay the postage. I’m not happy about this arrangement as I explained that despite the packaging, I could not put the tree together as the ‘branches’ would not connect properly to the main ‘stem’. Transit damage possibly or poor quality item. I have since packed up the item as it was sent to me but secured with masses of parcel tape. As per your instructions I have paid for collection of the item, on Monday. I can send you the courier invoice if you are now offering to pay for the postage? With regards,
