Great product and quick despatch time. Knocked a star off from 5 out of 5 for two reasons. 1. They use Hermes for delivery who are notoriously unreliable and on this occasion put the parcel in my wheelie bin before I could even get to the front door. I would pay extra for Royal Mail or DPD. 2. The label on the lamp shade said that a BC bulb was needed when actually the base needed an E14. This could have caught some people out. I suppose there is also a third reason to knock one star off, I've been relentlessly hounded to write a review and this started before I'd even had chance to test the lamp to see if it worked, maybe wait a few days before hassling people.
