Ordered 20 pack of deck lights and fitted them into my new decking. One of the lights wasn't working so I contacted Customer service and got a reply email straight away with a replacement light in the post. I was so happy with my purchase that I ordered another set of 20 to complete my decked area. Excellent Product and Excellent service, I would have no problem in recommending Valuelights.
