The lady who answered the telephone responded to my various queries professionally, was very knowledgeable about your products and was very jolly and polite. I am very pleased with the replacement shades. I paid extra for express delivery but they still took 3 days to arrive. When I phoned Valuelights to find out why it took so long, the male member of staff was very apologetic and I was offered an immediate refund of postage. Excellent service, rare these days.
