Received the item very quickly, although it was of good quality, unfortunately it was not appropriate for the room. Spoke to customer services and an adviser named Dan dealt with returns procedure efficiently. Hopefully when item is received the payment will be returned to my account as efficiently as this. First time I have used this company, but will certainly use it again.
