Poor delivery communication.
Damaged items (not during delivery, but at manufacture).
Poor collection booking/communication.
Decent email response throughout.
Prompt refund upon (eventual) return of faulty goods.
Could do better, but they were decent & about refunding.
I would consider them again, but please polish up your general operation.
