I ordered two table lamps with shades, unfortunately the shades were poor quality, almost transparent and heavily marked and damaged. I was offered a refund for the shades which was paid back to me very quickly.
Although the quality could have been better, I couldn't fault the customer service I received during my complaint. Marked down because of the condition and quality of the shades. Stars earned back due to customer service.
