We had a big with the product in so far that we could not assemble the floor light which had a marble base that had a bolt fixing but the bolt was not long enough to fix to the light pole bracket, after 30 minutes of various positions trying to get a correct fix we gave up leaving us totally pis*ed off!!!! The following day Valuelights said they had other people having similar issues and said they would assemble the product and call us, they called and agreed to refund the money due to having the same problem, WASTE of our time!!!!!
