Blame customers for non delivery of items and extremely rude customer service. I had a family member at my home for 2 days in a row to take delivery the courier received it for delivery and then logged 10 minutes later on their tracking that delivery was delayed. It is not possible to get from Airdrie to Linwood in 10 minutes.....but of course Valuelights blamed me?????? Get a grip people and change your couriers
