I ordered a lamp as a Christmas present and initially the base arrived on Saturday in a very battered box with the bottom undone. I refused to accept it and phoned Valuelights to explain, it was agreed I would wait to see how the rest arrived to decide whether I accepted a refund or they sent out another base. The shade arrived yesterday in a much better condition so I rang back and asked for another base, it arrived today in immaculate condition. What fabulous service I rec and so prompt! Well done and thank you!
