I looked at some lights and added them to my basket. Unfortunately I couldn’t proceed straightaway with the order from the same device. I then proceeded and paid for my order from another device. Which equated to over £360. Once I went back to my original device I had a 20% discount voucher to use as I kept the items in my basket. As you can imagine I was fuming. I called customer service and spoke to a woman with little English language and she told me that was just unlucky and the only thing I could do was to cancel the order and start again!! As I needed the lights as soon as possible that wasn’t practical therefore costing me a additional £72 So please be aware of vouchers being issued!! I am completing a very large project and will source my additional equipment from another company now!!!!
