Ordered a floor standing light which we were so pleased with we ordered another. Unfortunately the second was damaged prior to the packing stage as the delivery box was undamaged.. However the response from Valuelights was amazing after I contacted them with pictures of the damage they sent a replacement that was received in a couple of days. Nice to find a company that actually cares about there buying public. Would recommend and use again top class communications.
