I ordered a Dantzig floor lamp and 3 bulbs for same. Lamp delivered as expected. On opening package for construction found it impossible as the ss tubes enclosed and ready cabled were not the same size, they did not fit together, the bulbs had also been omitted from the order. HOWEVER, after a phone call to customer service tell them about the problems and a couple of images of the wrong parts I had an email stating that another lamp would be sent ASAP, this arrived the following day——- but no bulbs—— 1 email later and the bulbs arrived the next day. Rocky start but excellent back up and service and now a really good, quality product in place. I will use Value Lights again.
