Ordered a lamp, got 10% off for first order but used next day delivery so got that free (lamp was £45) but lamp shade had to be built up (?) which was a bit awkward and now has a couple of bumps in it , which I notice ever time I look at it. Have tried 6 times to stretch the shade out but it must have been where it was folded in the box. I expected a bit more, to be honest, I like my lamp well enough but I still don't feel it was worth as much as I paid
