The product is as described and ideal for our purposes but the customer service was lacking. The tracking link provided by email didn't not work and when we contacted customer service to clarify when the product was being delivered they were uninterested, despite the product not being delivered and a second delivery had to be arranged. As a company you chose which delivery service you provide for your customers and until the product is delivered it's still your sale.
