The item I bought was a tripod floor lamp and received it in good time however the lamp shade when received was not fit for its purpose as it was all squashed and twisted ,on the upside customer service was excellent when you could get through partial refund given for the shade and a replacement ordered so it all ended well and fed back that better packaging be used for shades .
