Always had excellent service. Recently The courier didn’t turn up and then advised the lights would most likely be damaged. I called value lights and without hesitation, they immediately sent another order on 24hr delivery. It arrived in under 24hrs, exactly what I ordered and exactly as described. 2 items were glass and they were well wrapped and protected. The customer service was fantastic. Some companies could definitely learn something from them. Would always buy my lights from here.
