In packing the lights you do not use air bubbles to cushion the lights from hard knocks & damage.
Pl. see the attachment. The box was torn when l received my first order made in 2/6/19. Luckily the lights were not damaged.
For my 2nd order made recently (October 17) the box was in good condition.
I hope my feedback will help VL to improve on packing of the products for delivery.
