I have used this company a few times and have always received great service at very reasonable prices. Having said that my most recent order was lost in transit but this was rectified by a short phone call taken by a very polite young man who actually apologised for the inconvenience (a rarity these days!), even though it was the fault of the couriers rather than Value Lights. They are always my first port of call when it comes to lighting.
