I'm assuming ValueTekno is a fairly new company, due to the dates of other reviewers, and my experience is that they do try very hard to please you. As stated in other reviews, there is sometimes some miscommunication that occurs, but Eric was extremely helpful in resolving any issue I had so their Customer Service is wonderful. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to others
