I had placed HP Ink order and received order confirmation on 25-Jul-2021. Looks like there was some issue with ValueTekno system and as a result I never received any follow-up communication and did not receive my order. After I contacted their representative, I was promptly refunded 100%. They did not had the ink in stock. Eric had one expired ink cartridge and he sent to me free of cost. So far, that expired ink is working fine. Overall, I am pleased with the service and would recommend ValueTekno.
