I ordered an HP toner cartridge from them, and it never arrived. I had ordered previously from this company and they are customer oriented. The second shipment did not come, but they kept me informed. I received the third shipment today, which is only 20 days after placing the order and they kept me informed the entire time. Unfortunately the USPS lost the first package, and as I have been made aware the US post office is not longer reliable. Their pricing is the best and their customer service wonderful. They even gave me advice on where to find items they do not carry.
