Before I order on Thursday, December 30, I asked on the chat when I would receive my order. The reply was Saturday or Monday. A week later, I have not received notice of shipment with Saturday only two days away.
Perhaps ValueTecno does not send notices of shipment. If so, I suggest it do so.
