Very poor service and been given the run around from Eric. He hasn’t followed up on request to get a refund. He says he has submitted it to accounts. Tomorrow will be a week since I requested a refund. I wasn’t told that the Canon A30 was back ordered when I made the purchase. ValueTekno was quick to take my money, but given the run around every time I inquired from Eric. Very poor service, I am sorry to have trusted your company. Still waiting, please credit my account.
