My order (#4757) was placed on Feb. 10, 2022. On February 18, I was contacted by Mr. Eric Wagner and I informed him that I had not received my order nor had I received a confirmation that it was shipped. He said that he would expedite my order and send it by USPS Priority Mail. I received my order approx. four days later. I appreciate the following through by Mr. Wagner and I will not hesitate placing an order with Valuetekno in the future.
