When I didn't receive my original order in due time, I reached out to ValueTekno. The very next day I was contacted with an assurance that my order would be tracked.
The next business day, I was informed that the original order had been lost and a replacement would be sent that very day. 2 days later, my replacement arrived.
The attention to my problem was so well handled that I would definitely reorder from them and will recommend to my friends to do the same.
