When you to to a garden centre you choose the plants. You leave the small, damaged or uneven plants down and pick another.
My experience is as follows, Ordered 12 plant 4x3 varieties. One variety then not in stock, 3 arrived very small. One plant the arrived, not 3, refunded me. Then told in November 2012 the other variety would be sent in March 2013. Recieved two plants today not 3 as per offer. 1 of the two damaged, the leaves are falling off both of them.
