I placed a order on the 4th May, after seeing an advert in the Sunday Telegraph, offering IMMEDIATE DELIVERY. After a week I emailed V/M and had a reply that they were experiencing a high number of emails, but I should receive a response within a few days. Later I sent another email , and had the same automated reply, but with no other response. Yesterday I phoned, and after being on hold for over 20 minutes, was told that my order was marked for delivery late in the month. I said unless the order could be sent within the next couple of days I would cancel. I was promised a call back with whether the order could be sent in the next couple of days, and surprise, surprise no call back. What part of Immediate delivery do they not understand. What surprises me is that the Telegraph Group actually deal with such a unreliable company that makes false statements, in an attempt to gain business. Well this is one customer who I will never order from them again. If I had more time I would report them to Trading Standards for false adverts.
