Ordered a plant collection early April, got an email a few weeks later to say delivery end of May - too late for my plans so I emailed to cancel. Didn't hear a thing so 1 & 1/2 weeks later I rang - waited in a long queue - was told they were 2 weeks behind with emails. I thought 'whatever, still need plants, so asked then to keep the order live - was assured this would be done. Few days later got an email confirming cancellation of order & refund. Rang them again - queued again - nil to be done now apart from place the order again but the delivery would be even more delayed. I didn't bother. Awful service and gaps in my plantings still! Don't bother with this company.
