I placed an order for spring flowering daffodils during early september for delivery and planting in the correct month of october,I would have thought that this was a simple transactionbut as of 13 november the daffodils have still not been delivered and my garden has become waterlogged.However they had no problem taking the money from my account 4days after the order was placed
