Ordered a pair of Bay Trees on 18th March, invoice stated dispatch within 2 days. I had not received by Tuesday 26th March phoned to check where my order was, only to be told they had not been dispatched and to ring again end of week, having spent 17 minutes on phone waiting to speak to a customer advisor today Friday 29th March told yet again item not dispatched. I cancelled my order.
I had previously attempted to track my order via their website, but stated that there was no record of my order.
I am afraid I won’t be using this company again.
