Ordered on 25th March. Firstly some items came up £7 more expensive on order than on the item page, so removed them and chose again. All items said dispatch within 7 days. 8 days later no sign of them or email advice. The tracking from the order confirmation cannot find the order. Ring customer services - on hold for more than 20 minutes while they repeatedly play a recording saying how wonderful their system is. Eventually get through to customer services who identify themselves as 'Thompson & Morgan'. They tell me they know tracking isn't working. My order hasn't been dispatched. It will be another 10 working days. Not impressed, and I haven't even received the plants yet to know what they will be like.
