After my order was delayed, I phoned to say I wanted it cancelled.
The person on the phone told me I would get a refund. When a week passed and I didn't get it, I sent an email. I got no response to this.
When I raised a complaint with PayPal, I got a refund within twenty minutes.
This is a totally dishonest company who were just sitting on my refund request and doing nothing. I will never use them again.
